Orange bars across nodes indicate 95% highest posterior density (HPD) of the Bayesian posterior distribution of molecular time estimates. The open and closed red circles (the parasitic and free-living forms of copepod fossils) above the branches show the oldest fossil records, most likely corresponding to the copepod orders [84–87].
