  1. Mean allelic richness (A), Nei’s gene diversity (HE), observed heterozygosity (Ho) and multi-locus inbreeding coefficient (FIS,) were estimated from for the microsatellite data-set; Haplotypic richness (Nhap), haplotypic diversity (Hhap) and nucleotide diversity (πhap) are based on the mtIGS data-set. The mtIGS lineages and haplotypes are listed for each population (coded as in Figure 1). Absolute frequencies of haplotypes are in parenthesis (if N > 1). *GenBank accessions of the private haplotypes of the populations of VIA, VIL, SAN and BAY [15].
