Pritchardia bakeri populations from Kuliouou and Pupukea are abbreviated as Kul and Pupu respectively. Evidence for distinct evolutionary lineages without significant admixture or the presence of intermediates supports Pritchardia affinis, P. aylmer-robinsonii, P. hardyi, P. munroi, and P. schattaueri as independent lineages.
