Karyotypes of males and females of Erythrinus erythrinus ( karyomorphs A and D) under different cytogenetic analyses. The karyotypes, arranged by sequentially Giemsa-stained and C-banded chromosomes, were probed with 5S rDNA and 18S rDNA after a double-FISH analysis.
