Partial sequence alignment of cv-lysozyme 3 and 1 and the Pacific oyster peptidoglycan recognition proteins. The unique stretch of amino acid residues from the N-termini of cv-lysozyme 3 and 1(see Figure 5) was aligned with a repeat motif from peptidoglycan recognition proteins (PGRPs) of the Pacific oyster C. gigas. aBAG31899, bBAG31896, cBAG31897.
